I didn't arrive at the future of work by studying the future.

My career began in Business Intelligence, process improvement, systems implementation and business analysis. I became fascinated by how organizations function beneath the org charts: how information moves, where decisions happen, why processes become unnecessarily complicated, where technology helps, and where it simply automates a broken process.
Over more than 12 years, that work evolved through process reengineering, business analysis, automation, AI workflow transformation and workforce readiness.
Becoming a mother added another system to study: the workforce itself. I began seeing what happens when capable professionals have nonlinear careers, caregiving changes availability, immigrants enter unfamiliar labour markets, and traditional systems struggle to recognize transferable capability.
Today my work connects business analysis, process engineering, agentic AI, human + AI operating models, workforce transformation, AI adoption and the future of work.
